Consultation Fees
Short Consultation (8.30am to 12.30pm, 2.00pm to 5.00pm): $40 and above
Short Consultation (6.30pm to 9.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm): $50 and above
Long Consultation: $60 and above
Extended Consultation (Per 15-minute block): $30
After Office Hours Consultation (Day): $60 and above
After Office Hours Consultation (Evening and Saturday): $90 and above
Out-of-Office Consultation Fees
Non-Emergency Consultation: $350
Emergency Consultation: $450
Death Certificate: $600
The consultation fees do not include the cost of medicines, injections, operations, special procedures, laboratory tests and other investigations (X-Rays, ECG etc.).
Short Consultation refers to routine consultations for relatively simple medical cases/problems, where the problem allows for quick diagnosis and treatment (Uncomplicated cases of Influenza or Gastroenteritis).

Last registration of patients is 15 minutes before closing time.
Higher charges will apply if registration occurs after that.
After Office Hours Consultation will apply if registration occurs on closing time or after closing time.

We do not allow sales of medicines over the counter for illnesses that have not yet been clinically assessed by the doctor at our clinic.
However, if you do have a chronic illness for which you have been previously prescribed medication, you may continue purchasing your respective long-term medication/s over the counter. This is subject to our doctor’s clinical assessment of your condition.

For credit cards, we accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, Union Pay, BCA.
Depending on the type of card used, payment may be subject to an additional surcharge.
Payments made by Cash, NETS, SGQR or PayNow are NOT subject to an additional surcharge.

Yes.
We respect your right to refuse medicines and treatment.
However, in refusing treatment, we are unlikely to still be able to provide a medical certificate to you if you had been issued one as part of the treatment.

Yes.
Dr. Ong is able to treat infants.

Unfortunately, Ong’s Clinic does not currently have any full-time female doctors.
However, there are female clinic assistants available for consult chaperoning when necessary.
There are times when female locum doctors are called to run the clinic. However, they do not work at Ong’s Clinic full-time.
